ManDigi is a product of Digigenius India. This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with ManDigi, including data processed via Meta and WhatsApp Business integrations.

How to Request Deletion

Visit https://digigeniusindia.com and submit a support/contact request.
Use subject line: Data Deletion Request - ManDigi.
Include your workspace name, registered email, and any WhatsApp phone number identifiers relevant to your request.

Verification Requirements

To protect account security, we may verify requester identity and authorization before processing deletion. If verification is incomplete, deletion may be delayed or rejected until identity is confirmed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account profile data tied to the requested user/workspace.
CRM contact records and messaging history within platform retention scope.
WhatsApp/Meta integration records and related token/config metadata where applicable.

Processing Timeline

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within applicable legal timelines, typically within 30 days unless an extended period is legally permitted.

Exceptions

Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security obligations, or enforcement of legal rights.
