ManDigi is a product of Digigenius India. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ManDigi platform and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManDigi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your workspace.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected breaches.

3. Lawful and Acceptable Use

• You may use ManDigi only for lawful business purposes.
• You must not send spam, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications.
• You must not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service integrity.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Integrations

Use of Meta or WhatsApp integrations must comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for recipient consent, message templates, and campaign content legality.

5. Customer Data

You retain rights to your business data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data to deliver services you request.

6. Third-Party Services

ManDigi may integrate with third-party services. Their availability, terms, and performance are outside our direct control and may change without notice.

7. Fees and Billing

If paid plans apply, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by your order, invoice, or separate commercial agreement.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, policy violations, legal requirements, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and related materials are owned by Digigenius India or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except limited use rights under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digigenius India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digigenius India from claims arising out of your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie with courts in India, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
